Intro
Join our fight against cybercrime and become part of the swarm in Malta! This is a full-time role (40 hours/week) we would like to fill as soon as possible.
Your Job
- You deliver business critical projects whilst maintaining high morale, managing the day to day activities in an efficient and professional manner, and ensuring all team targets are met as agreed with management.
- You ensure that development standards, policies, and procedures are adhered to.
- You manage Agile SCRUM meetings, estimates, documentation, and other parts of the software development lifecycle.
- You work on improving your own technical expertise and keep abreast of new developments in software development and pass this knowledge to your team.
- You enhance the security, robustness, performance, and maintainability of the code base.
- You mentor and coach our developers.
- You work closely with the management team as well as other team members from the Support and Product Management.
Your Profile
- You have at least 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Ideally, you have completed a degree in computer science or an apprenticeship as an IT specialist for web development.
- You have advanced knowledge in C# and .NET Core, HTML, CSS, JavaScript or other similar Object-Oriented Programming languages.
- You build and promote a positive working environment for the team, by inspiring and motivating team members.
- You have a good knowledge of relational and non-relational databases.
- You have an analytical mind (ability to process and solve puzzles).
- You are curious and eager to both teach yourself and learn from others.
- You possess great interpersonal and communication skills.
