Join our fight against cybercrime and become part of our Software Development Team! We’re on the lookout for talented Exchange Administrator to join us in full-time as soon as possible at our location in Skopje.

Your Job

• You are working closely with software developers on enhancing our existing Outlook Add-ins.
• You are helping the software developers with your knowledge on Microsoft Exchange and related Microsoft products
• You are responsible for recreating complex customer scenarios.
• You create and maintain the associated project documentation.
• Together with your colleagues, you ensure that development and quality targets are met.
• You are working closely with product management and with our QA team for quality assurance.

Your Profile

• Experience with Microsoft Office products, particularly MS Exchange, Windows Server, and M365
• Technical skills:
  • Basic programming skills in JavaScript and HTML
  • Knowledge of Add-in setup and configuration
  • Ideally, you have experience in UNIX environments, especially Linux.
  • Preferable: Experience working with Microsoft Azure and other Microsoft 365 technologies.
• Communication skills: Ability to document technical solutions clearly and communicate with other departments effectively.
• You can abstract, think logically and you convince through initiative and personal responsibility.
• You enjoy working in a team and are solution-oriented, reliable and resilient.
• You are fluent in English, both written and verbal.
