ENHANCEMENTS

• A new feature Cross Platform Restore has been introduced:
  • Cross Platform Restore allows backups for Virtual Machines hosted on VMware to be restored to Hyper-V hosts and vice versa.
  • As part of the Cross Platform Restore operation, all disks will be restored in the destination host format (.vhdx or .vmdk), and attached to a newly created Virtual Machine containing a base configuration.
