Security Awareness Service – New Domains (planned for March 13 2025)
Depending on the customers individual settings, customers may need to adjust their infrastructure to benefit from the new domains and to make sure that everything works as intended:
- Customers with IP/DKIM whitelisting do not need to make adjustments to benefit from the new domains.
- Customers that generate a domain list in the Control Panel must update the domain list and must make adjustments to their infrastructure to benefit from the new domains.
- Customers that manually added domains from the manual to their infrastructure must update their infrastructure. This must have been done on the release day at the latest. If the new domains are not added in time, statistics may be distorted, as autoclickers or other filters can potentially intercept emails.
The following domains for German scenarios will be added:
- secures-file.de
- 365-access.de
The following domain for French scenarios will be added:
- securites-verifiee.fr
The following general domains will be added:
- it-file.net
- office356-login.info
- access-account365.org
- login-web.cloud
