The synchronization of users that have been renamed in Microsoft 365 has been revised. Customer-level administrators are informed daily by email if S/MIME users have been renamed in the Control Panel during synchronization and the previous S/MIME certificates for these users are thus no longer valid.
Improvements
In the “Compliance Filter” module, the input in the “Recipient” field is now validated for forwarding rules. Only email addresses are accepted.
In the “Compliance Filter” module, an error message has been corrected.
In the “Auditing 2.0” module, an error while loading data has been fixed.
In the Outlook Add-in for 365 Total Protection customers, the process for users to subsequently report delivered emails as spam has been improved. In this process, the transfer of data to our machine-learning system has been improved.
