Enhancements

  • In the “Domains” module, customer-level administrators can now check whether the customer’s domains have been verified in Control Panel. Domains are verified if their MX records point to us and its emails are forwarded to our infrastructure. Only emails from verified domains are displayed in Control Panel.
  • Archived emails that have been deleted from the Microsoft 365 mailboxes of a 365 Total Protection Enterprise customer with the Ex Post Deletion feature are still available to customer-level administrators and auditors. Administrators can restore emails for their owners via the “Deliver email” action in the “Email Live Tracking” module.
  • Delegates can now access previews of emails in the mailboxes for which they are delegates.
  • In the email details of the “Email Live Tracking” module, the owner’s domain is now also displayed.
  • If the “SMTP” option has been selected for the user check in the “Email Live Tracking” module, the Control Panel now checks that the customer has configured the user check on their own server before saving the configuration.
  • In the “Service Dashboard” module, administrators can now select a size for mailboxes that are assigned an environment of the type “Hornet.email”.

Improvements

  • A bug in the CSV export in the “Email Live Tracking” module has been fixed.
  • A bug in the CSV export in the “Mailboxes” module has been fixed.
  • The import of CSV files has been limited to a maximum of 200 records per file.
  • An error when partner-level administrators perform ATP scans has been fixed in the “Email Live Tracking” module.
  • A display error has been fixed in the “Signature and Disclaimer” module.
  • A bug when loading LDAP settings of some customers in the “Services Dashboard” module has been fixed.
  • In the “Service Dashboard” module, the “Service Dashboard” tab has been renamed to “Administration”.
  • The connection between the Control Panel and the Cloud Management Console of the backup services has been improved.
  • A bug while resetting passwords has been fixed.
  • A display error in the mobile version of the “Email Live Tracking” module has been fixed.
  • An error message in the “Mailboxes” module has been improved.
  • A filtering error in the “Deny & Allow Lists” module has been fixed.
  • The calculation of the number of licenses for 365 Total Protection customers has been updated.
  • The migration of customers to 365 Total Protection has been improved.
