Enhancements

  • Additional audit log entries have been introduced for the 365 Tenant Manager, improving transparency and traceability.
  • The “Send email to admin” feature has been enhanced:
    • Users can now choose which administrator should receive the message.
    • This function has been relocated from the bulk actions menu to the individual email details view for easier access.
    • Admins can now add a description to the send_email_to_admin contact role in the Role management and contacts table in the Service Dashboard. This description will be visible to end users when using the feature.

Improvements

  • The toggle for the Security Awareness Service now correctly remains hidden when the service is disabled.
  • Users with the security_awareness role can now access the Control Panel without encountering errors.
  • Users with the marketing role can now access the Signature and Disclaimer menu item as expected.
