Enhancements

  • Each tab of the “Security Awareness Service” > “Statistics” module now has its own URL.
  • API authentication can now also be done with the HTTP only cookie auth_token containing an authentication token.

Improvements

  • In the “Email Live Tracking” module, it is no longer possible to select a future date in the date picker.
  • In the “Email Live Tracking” module, an error when selecting an option from the options on the left side of the calendar in the date picker has been fixed.
  • In the “Security Settings” > “Spam and Malware Protection“ module, an error related to the automatic validation of data format in the text fields for the IP addresses of relay servers and an alternative IP address for user check has been fixed.
  • In the “Security Settings” > “Spam and Malware Protection” module, administrators can now enter a port when configuring an alternative IP address for user check.
  • In the “Security Settings” > “Email Encryption” module, an error where S/MIME certifcates were ordered even though the order was canceled by an administrator has been fixed.
  • Under “Security Settings” > “Archiving” > “Audit Access Management”, an error when applying the option “This year” from the date picker has been fixed. Now, the entire year is selected in the calendar.
  • When administrators manually set a date for an e-training under “Security Awareness Service” > “Configuration” > “E-Training”, the default date is the next day.
  • Resetting a customer of the Security Awareness Service who has no e-training settings now creates new default settings instead of causing an error.
  • When a user repeats an e-training in the User Panel, the e-training now starts with the first slide instead of the congratulations screen.
  • A display error in mobile view that occurred when switching to a different scope in the scope selection has been fixed.
  • If the language is switched in the user settings, the selected language is now also applied to the selector for switching between the Control Panel and User Panel in the upper right corner.
  • In the secondary environments table under “Service Dashboard” > “Administration”, a display error that occurred when there was a high number of secondary environments has been fixed.
  • When adding a Microsoft Partner Center connection under “Service Dashboard” > “Microsoft Partner Center”, administrators can now select one of the following options when asked to select an administrator account: one of the partner’s administrators, the currently logged-in user or all administrators.
  • Under “Service Dashboard” > “Microsoft Partner Center”, a minor display error has been fixed.
  • Under “Service Dashboard” > “Microsoft Partner Center”, the wording has been improved for synchronizations where no tenant has been found.
  • If an administrator tries to add a new Microsoft Partner Center connection under “Service Dashboard” > “Microsoft Partner Center”, but they enter wrong credentials, the operation no longer results in a new connection to be created. Instead, the creation fails and an error message is displayed.
  • Under “Service Dashboard” > “Microsoft Partner Center”, the wording of a confirmation window for disconnecting a Microsoft Partner Center has been improved.
  • Under “Service Dashboard” > “Microsoft Partner Center”, the display of the wizard for connecting a Microsoft Partner Center to the Control Panel has been improved to be more consistent between steps.
  • In the “365 Tenant Manager” > “Tenants” module, an error that prevented the tenant ID from being provided during the onboarding of a new tenant has been fixed.
  • The synchronization banner of 365 Tenant Manager is no longer displayed at customer or user level, only at partner level.
  • An error that occurred when offboarding a tenant from 365 Tenant Manager has been fixed.
  • When administrators add a new mailbox under “Customer Settings” > “Mailboxes” > “Mailboxes”, they can now navigate the input fields using the Tab key without selecting the info icon.
  • Under “Customer Settings” > “Mailboxes” > “Mailbox Reassignment”, an error due to which the table displayed by default was empty despite the filter being set to “All mailboxes” has been fixed.
  • An error where the onboarding screen was still displayed after logging out has been fixed.
  • The IT Security News checkbox has been removed from all 365 Total Protection onboarding screens.
  • An error where attempting to create a new customer caused an internal server error has been fixed.
  • An error that allowed the creation of duplicate customers has been fixed.
  • An error when switching from a partner to a customer on some pages has been fixed.
  • When using wrong, invalid or expired API auth tokens either via header or via cookie, the HTTP responses is now 401 instead of 403.
