Enhancements

  • The “Overview” tab has been added to the “365 Permission Manager” > “Dashboard” module. The “Overview” tab focuses on the state and activity of permissions within the organization.
  • The key features of the “Overview” tab are:
    • New widgets, showing the total amount of remediated permissions, permissions in audit, non-copliant permissions and permissions without policy, have been introduced.
    • A new chart showing the trend of the compliance state of permissions in violation of policies has been introduced.
    • The “Performed actions” chart showing granular information on how and when permissions were remediated or approved, including tiles which show the aggregate for the same period has been improved.
    • A new historical chart showing the trend of the compliance state of permissions in violation of policies has been introduced.
    • The “Performed Actions” historical chart, which provides granular information on how and when permissions were remediated or approved, including tiles that display the aggregate for the same period, has been improved.
  • The “Permissions” metric has been introduced. It is used to quantify the impact each violation has in terms of unique item user permissions.

Improvements

  • Pie charts in the Compliance dashboard have been upgraded to clearly display the percentage of compliant sites.
  • The item-level pie chart in the Compliance dashboard has been simplified. Hovering over the segments now reveals the count of items with direct permissions, excluding inherited permissions.
  • Navigation in the Explore Sites page has been improved, allowing users to double-click folders in the main view to navigate directly to them.
  • The Quick Actions functionality has been added as a menu item and remains available in the Explore Sites page.
  • Two issues with the Revoke access for a user or group action in the Quick Actions menu have been fixed:
    • Duplicate entries for the same user were displayed in the dropdown.
    • The action failed for external users under certain conditions.
  • An issue where the read-only view of Compliance policies in the Explore Sites page showed incorrect values for the grace period setting has been resolved.
  • Other minor fixes have been applied.
