Enhancements

  • Under Customer Settings > Mailboxes > Quarantine Report, administrators can now configure whether users will be able to activate or deactivate the infomail filter.
  • In the Email Live Tracking module, now only users are able to mark emails as private.

Improvements

  • Improved table designs were implemented under Security Settings > Advanced Threat Protection and Security Settings > Email Encryption.
  • Under Security Settings > Archiving, the last Archiving exception can now be removed.
  • Under Security Settings > Email Encryption, an issue that resulted in the display of an error message for some users while attempting to use the Check encryption capability function has been fixed.
  • An error regarding case sensitivity in email addresses has been fixed.
  • Missing translations for a mailbox migration error message have been added.
  • Under Security Awareness Service > Configuration > Phishing Simulation, the function to exclude scenarios has been improved. Instead of a drop-down menu, administrators can now use a table with search option.
  • Under Security Awareness Service > Statistics > Groups, the table has been improved.
  • An error that caused newly created users to be added to the Security Awareness Service even though the option for automatic exclusion was activated has been fixed.
  • Under Detected Threats of 365 Extended Email Protection, an error that caused a wrong error message to pop up when using “-” in the search field has been fixed.
  • An issue that caused problems when trying to open secure links has been fixed.
  • In the Dashboard, an error that caused the VM Backup service to be displayed as deactivated while being activated has been fixed.
  • In the Dashboard module, an error due to which 365 Permission Manager was not shown has been fixed.
  • An error due to which the Threat Live Report module under Reporting & Compliance was not visible in some cases has been fixed.
  • An error that impeded the creation of audit logs for changes in the role assignment for some French regions has been fixed.
  • An error due to which the email address was not shown in a toast message when sending an exported CSV file to an email address has been fixed.
  • In the Email Live Tracking module, an error that caused the timestamp to use the browser’s time zone instead of the one defined in the User Settings has been fixed.
  • Under Deny & Allow Lists, an error that caused CSV imports at customer level to fail has been fixed.
  • An error due to which e-training reminders were not sent out for some customers has been fixed.
