Boost your career and join our swarm in Skopje!We are currently looking for a motivated Site Reliability Engineer/IT Systems Engineer for 40 hours/week to start as soon as possible.

Your Job

• You manage all internal IT systems and infrastructure used by our employees, ranging from physical servers, VMs running on Type 1 hypervisors (Hyper-V and VMware), Active Directory, networks, firewalls, VPN, cloud applications such as Office 365, and database technology such as MS SQL.
• You are responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining IT systems, including infrastructure, applications, and networks according to defined policies and standards.
• You handle 2nd-line escalated IT operational issues and troubleshooting remotely or on-site.

Your Profile

• You ideally have a BS / MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject.
• You have experience in IT Systems Administration.
• You have knowledge of Microsoft Windows server/desktop technologies and Microsoft 365 Cloud.
• You have practical knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, DFS, WSUS and IIS.
• You ideally have technical qualifications such as CCNA/Microsoft/VMware certifications to complement this role.
• You have a very good understanding and experience with TCP/IP and OSI stack, networks and firewall policies.
• You possess very good written and verbal English communication skills.
• You have prioritization skills and can work with minimal supervision.
• You are eager to learn, enjoy keeping abreast of the latest technology trends and share knowledge with other colleagues.
