Intro

We are searching for a talented Illustrator and Animator (m/f/d) to become part of our growing global team! At Hornetsecurity, you’ll contribute to an international and leading Cloud Email Security Provider, collaborating with passionate and innovative minds.

This position is based at our headquarters in Hannover (List) and is available for immediate start.

Your Job

• You will be a part of our Training & Education Team and creating high-quality illustrations and animations that effectively communicate complex concepts and ideas for e-learning materials.
• You will be illustrating based on storyboards for a major company project, with a strong influence on brand identity.
• You ensure that the illustrations and animations adhere to the company’s brand guidelines and visual style.
• You will adjust and iterate on illustrations and animations based on feedback from content creators, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
• You stay updated with industry trends and best practices in illustration and animation to continuously improve the quality of e-learning materials.

Your Profile

• You have proven experience in Motion Design, Illustration and Character Animation.
• You are strong in the Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator, Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• You possess excellent skills in vector manipulation.
• You have a strong understanding of graphic design principles, including layout, typography, colour theory, and character design.
• You are organised and keeping files clean for the use by other team members.
• You have a keen eye for aesthetics and details.
• You have the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• You possess excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• You have a strong portfolio or showreel showcasing your excellent Motion Graphics and Animations.
