Enhancements
- In the “Security Awareness Service” > “Configuration” module, administrators can now deactivate the one-click feedback function that allows the customer’s IT support to provide their feedback on reported emails that are not part of the phishing simulation on a web page, resulting in an automatic feedback email to be sent to the user.
- When reporting suspicious emails that are not part of the Security Awareness Service via the Outlook Mobile app, a message will now appear, informing the user that the email is not part of the phishing simulation and the user is asked to report the mail via the Outlook desktop app.
- New simulated phishing emails are now available for the mobile version. (Reinstallation necessary)
- Version Support for Office 2016 & Office 2019 is now available with the volume license.

- The process for reported emails that are not part of the phishing simulation has been changed. Now the email address of the user who reported the email is added to the subject and body text of the email that is sent to the admin.
- The Phishing Reporter is now available in French for Canadian customers.

- The process for giving feedback on reported emails that are not part of the phishing simulation has been changed. Now the customer’s IT support provides their feedback on a separate website which is linked in the email they receive.
