Enhancements

  • The connection of the frontend to the backend of the Security Awareness Service has been reworked.

Improvements

  • The header view in the email details in the “Email Live Tracking” module now matches the actual email header and shows leading white spaces.
  • In the “Email Live Tracking” module, the display of the CSV export has been improved, and the data export settings no longer overlap on smaller screen sizes.
  • In the “Email Live Tracking” module, an error in the display of the button for opening the email details has been fixed.
  • Under “Customer Settings > Mailboxes”, an error in the display of long aliases has been fixed.
  • The table under “Customer Settings > Domains” has been revised and can now be sorted.
  • In the “Deny & Allow Lists” module, a display error in the tables has been fixed. Long descriptions no longer overlap the following columns.
  • An error in the “Auditing” module has been fixed. Duplicate entries for an update action are no longer created.
  • The handling of errors in the “Auditing” module has been improved.
  • A spelling error in French emails related to the emergency password for the Continuity Service has been fixed.
  • Emails with .eml attachments sent by the Control Panel now use the same attachment headers as Microsoft, and thus are not stripped by Microsoft Exchange Online.
  • The settings from the “Customization” module are now applied faster.
  • An error while starting a mailbox migration during an upgrade to 365 Total Protection has been fixed.

Control Panel Version 6.34.4.0

Enhancements

  • If a user adds a new entry to the deny or allow list in the “Deny & Allow Lists” module, but the same entry already existed on the opposite list, they are now notified that the former entry is deleted.
  • When resetting or changing a user’s Control Panel password, it is no longer possible to reuse the former password.
  • In the “Security Awareness Service” module, the activation of the Security Awareness Service has been enhanced. The confirmation window now provides more information about the default settings.
  • In the “Security Awareness Service” module under “Dashboard” and “Statistics”, the widget with the ESI® gauge chart has been simplified. It now only shows the industry average in relation to the customer’s ESI®. More detailed information is provided in tooltips.

Improvements

  • An error in the “Security Awareness Service” module has been fixed. Users who are added to a group now receive all e-trainings that are assigned to the group.
  • In the “Security Awareness Service”, an error message is now shown when an administrator tries to send a test email to an excluded user.
  • Under “Security Awareness Service > Configuration > Phishing Simulation”, the input field for a forwarding address is now cleared when clicking on it.
  • Under “Security Awareness Service > Configuration > Users and Groups”, an error in the tables causing errors in JavaScript has been fixed.
  • An error message in the “Security Settings >Spam and Malware Protection” module was not available in all languages and has been translated now.
  • In the “Security Settings > Spam and Malware Protection” module, an error in the activation of Hornet.email has been fixed.
  • Existing customers who only have an active backup service can now onboard to 365 Extended Email Protection.
  • The upgrade of existing customers to 365 Total Protection (all plans) has been improved.
  • An error while upgrading to 365 Total Protection with mailbox migration enabled has been fixed.
  • In the “Service Dashboard” module, the license count for the services 365 Total Backup and VM Backup has been improved.
  • In the Email Authentication service, an error in the authentication of domains with aliases for DMARC records has been fixed.
  • In the “AI Recipient Validation” module, an error in the display of the dates in the statistics has been fixed.

  • The “Mark as private” email action has been revised and now updates the status of the email in the “Email Live Tracking” module.

Improvements

  • In the “Dashboard” module, the display of licensed mailboxes has been modified.
  • In the “Customer Settings > Mailboxes” module, the filter for the “Mailbox” type has been revised and now only shows normal mailboxes.
  • During the setup of 365 Total Protection, the link for the initial setup can now also be copied in the Safari browser.
  • The button for accessing version information of the Control Panel is no longer hidden behind the scroll bar in the Firefox browser.
  • The drop-down menu for selecting domains in the “Spam and Malware Protection” module has been improved and can now be searched.
  • In the “Reporting & Compliance > Auditing 2.0” module, the entry for the activation of the privacy mode of the Security Awareness Service has been renamed to “Security Awareness Service: privacy mode”.
