  • The modules Spam and Malware Protection (previously Spam Filter) and Content Control have been implemented in HTML.
  • The Control Panel and the manual are now also available in French.
  • Customers can now change the passwords of existing mailboxes. This does not apply to users of 365 Total Protection and LDAP.

Enhancements:

  • 365 Total Encryption is now even safer: With a Master Key, domain administrators can add an additional layer of encryption to their mailboxes. With the option of deleting the Master Key from our servers, they can be made unaccessible even for us.
  • The Control Panel GUI has been enhanced with new whitelabeling options, unified colors for buttons and the integration of links to our Webhelp with information icons.

Improvements:

  • Now, quarantined emails received in alias addresses can be released for delivery.
  • Black & Whitelists now admit email addresses with upper and lowercase characters.

Control Panel Version 6.7.1.0

Enhancements:

  • A new version of the manual has been embedded in the Control Panel. A button in the header allows you to switch between the Control Panel and the manual.
  • A new button enables you to easily receive the Spam Report every hour.
  • The module „Mailboxes“ under „Customer Settings“ has been implemented as an HTML module. There you can now also fill in data about the mailboxes.

Improvements:

  • In the module „Mailboxes“ under „Customer Settings“ several bugs have been fixed.
  • Bugs concerning the revisions under „Security Settings“ have been fixed.
  • Under „Black- & Whitelist“ a bug concerning the CSV export has been fixed.
  • If O365 customers adjust their settings, the settings are no longer automatically reset every hour.

Control Panel Version 6.7.0.1

Enhancements:

  • The Module ‘Advanced Threat Protection’ under ‘Security Settings’ was implemented as an HTML module and is clearer and easier to handle now.
  • Additionally, ‘Groups’, ‘Domains’ and ‘Restrictions’ under ‘Customer Settings’ were implemented as HTML modules as well.

Improvements:

  • Display errors in the user settings were fixed.
  • Newly created users can be found in the scope search now.
  • The spam report email was adjusted and extended by one option.
  • Adjusting the visibility and the columns of the tables in some modules is saved correctly with the release.
  • A bug within the creation of out of office notes has been fixed.
  • It is no longer possible to withdraw rights from the role management for yourself.

Control Panel Version 6.6.0.2

Enhancements:

  • The role “Reporter” was added. The users assigned with this role have access to all statistics modules of the Control Panel. Since this role is only intended for the evaluation of statistics, it doesn’t grant access to any other modules. However, it is possible to add further roles to the user, such as the user role.
  • In Auditing 2.0, administrators can now see further information about the corresponding entries.
  • The Service Dashboard has been moved up in the menu structure and is now the second menu item.

Improvements:

  • The email actions related to setting black or whitelist entries now work correctly.
  • Deleted 365 Total Protection customers are no longer displayed in the scope selection after deletion.
  • Users with the role “Admin” now only see relevant modules for the selected scope.
  • The certificate administration can be accessed under “Secure Transport”.
  • By selecting a partner in the scope selection, you can now set restrictions for all customers under that partner under “Customer Settings”.
  • Minor bugs related to the Archive Audit have been fixed.
  • The Spam Report settings in “User Settings” now match the settings in “Security Settings”. Previously, the selected time was not displayed correctly.
  • The double-click filtering option by empty subject and the associated errors have been fixed.
  • The double-click filtering option is now also available in “Auditing”.
  • The changes made in the whitelabeling module are also logged for the customer/domain in “Auditing”.
  • Changes to the IP restrictions are logged in “Auditing”.
  • The error message for expired auditor accesses has been corrected.
  • The error message for CSV export when no items are available has been adjusted.
  • The SMTP dialog is now displayed correctly on mobile devices.
  • The automatic connector installation when setting up 365 Total Protection is displayed again.

Enhancements:

  • As part of the continuous transition from flash to HTML, the navigation structure within the control panel has undergone significant changes with this release. The central administration module “Management” has been completely dissolved, and its contents have been distributed to individual sub-modules. The following contents in the Control Panel have changed:
    • Webfilter: It was removed from the Reporting & Compliance module and forms its own navigation point with the following content:
      • Workspace (formerly Reports & Compliance > Webfilter)
      • Black & Whitelist (formerly Black & Whitelist Flash)
