Enhancements:

  • Now it is possible to set a default location and language for the spam reports on partner and customer level. Customers inherit the settings from their partners, users inherit the settings from their customers. If users don’t make their own settings, their spam reports are displayed in the default language and not anymore in English.

Improvements:

  • Archived emails are displayed again in the HTML CP. In certain exceptional cases, more metadata may temporarily be displayed than usual.
  • The process for resetting the Control Panel password has been modified. Users no longer receive their new password by email but can set a new password themselves via a requested temporary link.
  • The bounce management is now always activated by default.

Enhancements:

  • The module Continuity Service has been implemented in HTML.
  • In the Service Dashboard, the former tab Contact Data has also been implemented in HTML and combined with the role management. Please make sure that all your contacts are registered users in the Control Panel.
  • The default roles have been extended to include the role Marketing. The role is aimed at employees who create signatures and disclaimers. It can be assigned in addition to any of the other default roles to grant a person access to the module Signature and Disclaimer.
  • The module 365 Total Protection now displays the number of users with Microsoft 365 licenses.
  • You can now perform full-text searches in the module Auditing 2.0.
  • The automatic user creation has been modified.

Improvements:

  • Whitelabeling has been modified.
  • The user search has been improved.
  • Password changes now also apply immediately to the former Control Panel.
  • An error in the creation of domains has been fixed.
  • An error in the delivery of emails from quarantine has been fixed.
  • The display of some elements in the Control Panel has been improved and standardized.

Enhancements:

  • Spam and Malware Protection now supports Hornet.email accounts.
  • The Archiving module has been extensively reworked and implemented in HTML. Furthermore, the former Archiving Audit Access Management module has been removed. Its functions are now integrated into a tab in the new Archiving module.
  • Now, Control Panel users who are also Microsoft 365 customers can start the migration to 365 Total Protection themselves from the Control Panel. Domains and mailboxes from their Microsoft 365 accounts are imported automatically.
  • During the creation of new partners or customers in the Service Dashboard, it is now possible to directly create a new administrator account for the partner or customer if desired.

Improvements:

  • Buttons and other elements of the graphical user interface have been further improved and harmonized.
  • The Service Dashboard module has been optimized for display on mobile devices.
  • The spam reports for entire domains now list not only the senders but also the recipients of the emails.
  • The performance in the Black/Whitelist module for customers with a large number of entries has been improved.

Enhancements:

  • With the new release, customers and partners can be created in the HTML module Service Dashboard.
  • The modules in the Service Dashboard have also been restructured for better handling.
  • The services URL Rewriting and Targeted Fraud Forensics Filter have been integrated into the module Advanced Threat Protection.
  • It will be even easier and faster to get help with the settings of the services: the relevant chapters in the documentation portal can be directly accessed via an info button next to the module in the Control Panel.
  • The Spam Report has been implemented as an HTML module.
  • Furthermore, the permissions for configuring the Spam Report have been expanded: customers can configure settings for individual mailboxes as well as enable the users to configure their own settings.
  • The user rights for the Spam Report can be adjusted in the HTML module Spam and Malware Protection, which improves usability.

Improvements:

  • The warnings in the Control Panel have been improved optically and standardized linguistically.
  • The data entered when creating a mailbox is correctly saved now.
  • The view of Auditing in the mobile version has been corrected.
  • Numerous improvements have been made to the layout and naming.
  • The administrator rights regarding the delivery of emails have been extended so that they overwrite the user rights.
  • The description of the Targeted Fraud Forensics Filter has been corrected. If the Targeted Fraud Forensics Filter was activated manually by the support, the user data will be overwritten as soon as new groups are added.
