Enhancements:

  • The Email Live Tracking module now shows if an email is sent encrypted between our servers and the customer, as well as between our servers and the communication partner.
  • In the Email Live Tracking module, the colors of the email categories have been revised.
  • The scope of the SPF check in the Email Authentication module has been extended.

Improvements:

  • Users with the service_desk role can now again perform ATP scans.
  • An error concerning the exceptions for DKIM signatures in the Email Authentication module has been fixed.
  • An error in the display of encrypted emails has been fixed.
  • An error concerning the addition of domains and mailboxes in the Customer Settings module has been fixed.
  • An error concerning the deactivation of the audit access in the Archiving module has been fixed.
  • Errors concerning mailboxes that differ from each other in the previous Control Panel and in the HTML Control Panel have been fixed.

Enhancements:

  • The “Spam Report” module is now called “Quarantine Report”, as it not only refers to spam emails, but also to other types of quarantined emails.
  • The email categories “Virus” and “ATP” in the “Email Live Tracking” module are now called “Threat” and “AdvThreat”.

Improvements:

  • If a customer has been deleted and has later been onboarded again, there is no trace of the old customer settings anymore.
  • An issue affecting login for customers using LDAP synchronization has been fixed.
  • The description of DMARC in the “Email Authentication” module has been corrected.
  • The IP ranges of our servers have been corrected in automated emails from the Control Panel.

Improvements

  • Synchronization problems related to password changes have been solved.
  • In the “Email Encryption” module, it is now again possible to add S/MIME users.
  • A bug affecting the delivery of emails from the “Email Live Tracking” module has been fixed.
  • The modules “Signature and Disclaimer”, “Advanced Routing”, “Compliance Filter”, “Spam Report” and “Auditing” as well as the “LDAP Connection” section under “Service Dashboard” in the whitelabeled Control Panel can now be accessed with Google Chrome again.
  • The identification of valid SPF records in the “Email Authentication” module has been improved.
