Enhancements

  • The DMARC settings in the “Email Authentication” module have been extended. Administrators can now choose to apply the behavior specified in the DMARC policy of the sender domain to emails after a DMARC fail.

Improvements

  • In the “Email Encryption” module, an error in assigning S/MIME certificates to users of 365 Total Protection customers has been fixed.

  • The “Archiving” service no longer accidentally archives incoming emails when exceptions are used without having Archiving activated for the domains.

Enhancements

  • In the email preview, users now have the option to deliver the email from the preview and add the sender to the allow list at the same time.
  • In the “Mailboxes” module, administrators can now set the location and language for individual mailboxes.
  • The previous limitation to 255 characters for relay IP addresses in the “Spam and Malware Protection” module has been removed.

Improvements

  • The automatic user creation in the Control Panel is no longer performed for mailboxes whose emails are rejected by the customer’s destination server.
  • In the “Spam and Malware Protection” module, the settings for alias domains can from now on only be edited if Spam and Malware Protection is enabled for the primary domain.
  • In the “Service Dashboard” module, entering alias addresses in the “LDAP Connection” tab is now optional.
  • For the creation of rules in the “Email Encryption” and “Compliance Filter” modules, the “/” character is now only allowed in combination with a preceding escape character (“\/”).
  • The handling of input errors when creating rules in the “Compliance Filter” module has been improved.
  • Several texts for quarantine reports have been edited.
  • An error in the delivery of emails by auditors has been fixed.
  • In the “Mailboxes” module under “Customer settings”, an error in the display of forwarding mailboxes has been fixed.
  • Checkboxes and radio buttons have been optimized.
  • An error in the display of tables on mobile devices has been fixed.
  • The performance of the Control Panel has been improved.
