Enhancements

  • A new option in the Spam and Malware Protection module emails from the selected domain be sent exclusively through our infrastructure. For this purpose, email sending is restricted to our relay IPs.
  • Regular expressions can now be used to define filter rules in the “Compliance Filter” module.
  • Changes to the “Out of Office” notes are now logged in the Auditing 2.0 module.

Improvements

  • A bug when exporting and saving group members has been fixed.
  • It is now possible to successfully create new groups via API.

Enhancements

  • The new feature “Ex Post Deletion” is available to 365 Total Protection Enterprise customers. Administrators can activate this feature in the “Advanced Threat Protection” module. After that, administrators can trigger the deletion of already delivered emails from their users’ Microsoft 365 mailboxes in the “Email Live Tracking” module. Besides, users can delete emails from their own Microsoft 365 mailboxes. This feature is especially useful for emails that “Ex Post Alert” has subsequently classified as threats.

  • The multi-tenant structure has been extended to represent more complex corporate structures.

Improvements

  • If several senders are to be added to the deny list in the “Email Live Tracking” module and one of the senders is already on the deny list, all senders that are not yet on the list will now be added.
  • The Service Desk role can now perform ATP scans and access their results.
  • The design of buttons in quarantine reports has been modified.
  • In the “Mailboxes” module under “Customer Settings” it is now possible again to deactivate a delegate access.
  • In the “Email Authentication” module, the display of the advanced options for sender authentication has been improved for the bright Control Panel theme.
  • In the “LDAP Connection” tab of the “Service Dashboard” module, it is now possible to deactivate the LDAP connection after a failed migration to 365 Total Protection.
  • An error in the synchronization of Microsoft 365 mailboxes has been fixed.
