- From now on, a customer’s backup data of 365 Total Backup will be preserved if the customer decides to be managed by a different partner.
Improvements
- In the “Email Live Tracking” module, an error regarding the email preview has been fixed.

- In the Archiving audit access, an error regarding the display of archived emails has been fixed.
- From now on, if an administrator selects a scope for which the currently selected module is also available, they will no longer be redirected to the “Email Live Tracking” module, but the current module will be reloaded.

- An error in the display of the Ex Post Deletion function for 365 Total Protection customers has been fixed.

- The calendar in the “Email Live Tracking” module now has a ” 12 months” option.
- For outgoing emails, the maximum number of recipients that can be addressed in a single delivery has been increased from 35 to 100.
Improvements
- The migration to 365 Total Protection is now more user-friendly.
- The Ex Post Deletion feature is available for all 365 Total Protection Enterprise Backup customers.
- The “Auditing 2.0” module now also audits changes to environments performed during an existing customer’s migration to 365 Total Protection.
- In the “Auditing 2.0” module, an error in the display on mobile devices has been fixed.
- In the “Email Live Tracking” module, an error message is now displayed when you reach the end of records available for display. Up to 10,000 records can be displayed, which corresponds to 200 pages with default settings. Users can use filters to narrow down the displayed records.
- An error when selecting text while pressing the mouse button has been fixed in the email details of the “Email Live Tracking” module.
- An error while renaming synchronized Microsoft 365 mailboxes has been fixed.
- In the “Mailboxes” module, an error while deleting mailboxes from the Control Panel has been fixed.
- In the “Mailboxes” module, a display error has been fixed.
- API requests for creating multiple mailboxes in the Control Panel have been updated.
- An error in the display of Chinese characters in emails signed with the Signature and Disclaimer service has been fixed.

Enhancements
- Multi-factor authentication in the Control Panel has been introduced for non-365-Total-Protection customers. With this new functionality, administrators of these customers now have the option to configure multi-factor authentication for their own account. Multi-factor authentication in the Control Panel uses the TOTP protocol to generate a six-digit one-time password on a second device. The following functionalities are included in this release:
- Administrators can manage multi-factor authentication for themselves and as an option for other users from their company (enabling/disabling multi-factor authentication for a domain, resetting multi-factor authentication for a mailbox etc.).
- Users can optionally configure multi-factor authentication in self-service using a device and app of their choice (e. g., Microsoft Authenticator, Google Authenticator, browser plug-in).
- Any changes in the configuration of multi-factor authentication can be traced in the “Auditing 2.0” module.
- The mailbox overview in the “Mailboxes” module shows the configuration state for every mailbox.
- The support email address that is displayed at the top of the Control Panel is now clickable. Users can directly open their email client to send an email to support.
- When an administrator selects a different scope from the scope selection, a message is displayed that the navigation menu has changed according to the selected scope. The administrator can hide this message in the future.

- The date and time format selection now shows sample dates and times.
- The synchronization of primary email addresses with Microsoft 365 has been improved.
- An error while customizing the email template for a password reset has been fixed.
- An error message in the “Groups” module has been improved.
