Control Panel Version 6.31.0.0

Enhancements

  • The “Security Awareness Training” has been introduced. This service trains a customer’s users on IT security in a targeted and on-demand manner through e-training courses and simulated phishing attacks. All users of the Security Awareness Training have access to their personal Security Hub, where e-trainings are provided and they can see information about their behavior in relation to simulated phishing emails. Various metrics and statistics allow administrators to get an overview of security-related behavior in their organizations. This increases security awareness within the organization.
  • The “Dashboard” service has been launched and made the start page of the Control Panel. This service provides users with different permission levels with faster navigation to important services, the possibility of adding new partners and customers to the Control Panel, an overview of the activation states of various services, as well as the possibility of activating or setting the services from that overview.
  • In the “365 Total Protection” module, a generic onboarding for Microsoft 365 customers has been added at customer level. It enables the automatic synchronization of mailboxes, groups and domains from Microsoft 365 in the Control Panel. This is especially useful for the initial setup of the Security Awareness Training for new customers.
