Enhancements

  • For files shared via Microsoft Teams chats, expiration times can now be set.
  • For sharing links of files shared via Microsoft Teams chats, expiration times can now be set.
  • Sharing and site configuration violations can now be fixed automatically.
  • The copies of files shared via Microsoft Teams chats can now automatically be moved to the recycle bin in OneDrive.
  • The enforcement of site configuration settings upon policy assignment to a site has been introduced. This reduces the initial load of violations and ensures that settings are configured correctly.

Improvements

  • Under “365 Permission Manager” > “Compliance Policies” > “Add a custom compliance policy”, the policy settings and tooltips for “Guest access expiration” and “Anyone link expiration” have been adjusted for more clarity.
  • Minor errors have been fixed.
