365 Total Backup – Microsoft Planner

Enhancements

  • 365 Total Backup now supports an additional Microsoft 365 product, Microsoft Planner.
  • The implementation will include backups of Microsoft Planner group plans in 365 Total Backup.
  • A full restore feature will be available to restore all backed-up plans belonging to a Microsoft 365 group directly to Microsoft Planner.
  • Granular restore of an entire plan, buckets and/or tasks from within backed-up plans in Microsoft Planner will be available through an intuitive user interface.
  • Any plans, buckets and/or tasks can be restored to the same Microsoft 365 group, or a different group within the Microsoft 365 organization.

Enhancements

  • In the “Security Awareness Service” > “Configuration” module, administrators can now deactivate the one-click feedback function that allows the customer’s IT support to provide their feedback on reported emails that are not part of the phishing simulation on a web page, resulting in an automatic feedback email to be sent to the user.

Improvements

  • An error has been fixed where e-training reminders were sent out even though the e-training module was not activated.
  • An error message that occured when accessing the “Phishing Simulation“ tab under “Security Awareness Service“ > “Configuration“ has been fixed.
  • An error that caused an e-training reminder to be generated for a forward mailbox has been fixed.
  • An error where Microsoft 365 Delta Synchronization was not correctly syncing languages and positions within the Security Awareness Service has been fixed.
  • In the “Security Awareness Service” > “Configuration“ module, the activation state of the “Include future users in identity spoofing simulation” option is now displayed correctly.
  • An error has been fixed, that caused e-training reminders to be sent out too early.

Phishing Reporter Release on June 27, 2024

Enhancements

  • In the “Security Awareness Service” > “Configuration” module, administrators can now deactivate the one-click feedback function that allows the customer’s IT support to provide their feedback on reported emails that are not part of the phishing simulation on a web page, resulting in an automatic feedback email to be sent to the user.
  • When reporting suspicious emails that are not part of the Security Awareness Service via the Outlook Mobile app, a message will now appear, informing the user that the email is not part of the phishing simulation and the user is asked to report the mail via the Outlook desktop app.
  • New simulated phishing emails are now available for the mobile version. (Reinstallation necessary)
  • Version Support for Office 2016 & Office 2019 is now available with the volume license.
