In the “User Panel” tab under “Customization”, administrators can now allow or deny their users from editing their basic data and passwords in the User Panel.
In the “E-Training” tab under “Security Awareness Service” > “Configuration”, administrators can now set a reminder email interval. Invitation emails for e-trainings and reminder emails for non-completed e-trainings can now be activated separately. E-training reminders will now only be sent during business hours based on the timezone set in the Control Panel.
The Security Awareness Service now supports two fallback languages for e-training emails: the user’s language in the User Panel and the customer’s language in the Control Panel.
In the “Phishing Simulation” tab under “Security Awareness Service” > “Configuration”, advanced settings give administrators more control about the identity spoofing simulation.
