Improvements
If an existing customer with an active LDAP connection upgrades to 365 Total Protection, the LDAP connection is disabled and all existing LDAP mailboxes are converted to regular mailboxes, as 365 Total Protection and the LDAP connection are mutually exclusive.
Email templates for the initial setup by new customers have been revised.
For new customers, the “Control Panel” option is selected by default instead of “SMTP” for the user check in the “Spam and Malware Protection” module.
In the “Mailboxes” module, an error in the filter for mailbox types has been fixed.
In the “Domains” module, the process for deleting alias domains has been revised. Once an alias domain is deleted, all email addresses of the domain are deleted. For mailboxes whose primary address was an email address of the deleted domain and that also had an alias address of another domain, the alias address becomes the new primary address.
The settings in the “LDAP Connection” tab of the “Service Dashboard” module are disabled for 365 Total Protection customers because 365 Total Protection and an LDAP connection are mutually exclusive.
In the “Auditing 2.0” module, entries about a customer moving to another partner are now visible to the customer as well as to the previous and current partner.
In the “Deny & Allow Lists” module, a link to the manual has been corrected.
In the “Deny & Allow Lists” module, users can add their own email address to their deny or allow list.
In the “Email Live Tracking” module, success and error messages have been revised.
