Enhancements

365 Total Backup now supports backing up In-Place Archive mailboxes:

  • In-Place Archive mailboxes of users are now backed up. If this feature is enabled, any discovered In-Place Archive mailboxes for users who have their mailbox provisioned for backup will also be backed up.
  • With the full restore feature, In-Place Archive mailbox backups can be fully restored to the same or a different In-Place Archive mailbox.
  • With the granular restore feature, individual items within an In-Place Archive mailbox backup can be restored to the same or a different In-Place Archive or primary mailbox.
  • In the “Recover Microsoft 365 data” screen of the User Panel, users can recover their own In-Place Archive data.
