Under “Reporting & Compliance” > “Auditing 2.0”, new actions and events specific to 365 Multi-Tenant Manager for MSPs that enable a more comprehensive audit trail have been added.
In the “Auditing 2.0” module, administrators can now select events related to 365 Tenant Manager to easily filter and analyze actions specific to 365 Tenant Manager.
In the “Auditing 2.0” module, administrators can now export all logged actions, including the newly added 365 Tenant Manager actions and events.
The settings under “365 Tenant Manager” > “Setting Library” and the policies under “365 Tenant Manager” > “Policy Library” have been organized into categories and subcategories, where applicable, to enhance usability and to improve the overall experience.
Under “365 Tenant Manager” > “Settings” , new predefined settings targeting Exchange, Entra and Microsoft 365 (General) have been implemented.
Settings for Exchange: Best security practices, such as disabling risky attachments, enabling safe links and adding anti-phishing protection for mailboxes in tenants, have been introduced.
Setting for Entra: Key features, such as separating admin accounts from on-prem synchronisation, ensuring that a sufficient number of global administrators are present in line with best security practices and preventing the installation of unauthorized applications in Microsoft 365 tenants, have introduced.
Settings for Microsoft 365 (General): New settings that disable third-party storage services in Microsoft 365 tenants and enable the customer lockbox feature have been added. More settings related to Microsoft 365 have been added.
Improvements
An issue that caused the service activation switch for tenants to remain disabled when the activation status was changed to “Automatic” has been fixed.
An issue related to incorrect translations of certain error messages has been fixed.
The non-compliant badge now shows the list objects, such as users or groups, that violate compliance.
Setting or policy badges can now be clicked to display a complete list of objects, such as users or groups, that form part of the executed policy or setting. The individual compliance state for each listed item is included for easier troubleshooting and compliance enforcement.
An issue where the steps of the onboarding wizard were not marked as completed has been fixed.
Several other stability fixes and minor improvements have been introduced.
