Signature and Disclaimer Version 3.0.0.3

Improvements:

• An error in appending the signatures has been fixed.
• Signatures in plain mails are displayed correctly now.
• No problems with special characters any more: They are displayed correctly in the signatures and the email body now.
• With this update, the button to de-/activate the disclaimer or the signature displays the correct setting.
